PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Role: Production Coordinator, London

Key Responsibilities: On Order Management, Supplier Development, Product Organisation

The Description:

As the Production Coordinator, you will be working closely with the design team to keep master records of all development and global buys as well as sales order management for wholesale, seasonal and classic ranges. Procurement of all staff wear orders, inter-seasonal projects and press capsules will be a core part of your role, as well as management of the Bespoke Dog Squares and monogramming programmes. You will occasionally deputise for the Production Manager in their absence, as well as assist with monthly stock taking, samples, barcoding samples and store transfers as required.

The candidate should be proficient with data processing with inputting of key data for range plans are a core responsibility. Along with the design team, you will also assist the accounts team with general queries, purchase orders and more. A competent professional, you will be vital to the delivery schedule management for all factories in the United Kingdom and Italy.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional organisational skills, data implementation as well as brilliant communication skills. The candidate takes pride in their work, and should always look at ways of improving the way things are done.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT

Role: Marketing & Communications Assistant, London

Key Responsibilities: The role is creative and fast-paced. You will coordinate and implement marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, event support, sample management, digital marketing and CRM, working under supervision of the Head of Marketing & Communications.

The Description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our marketing and communications department, which requires a highly organised, mature and efficient person with a hardworking and enthusiastic approach. As the Marketing & Communications Assistant, your duties include but are not limited to:

• Plan themes/concepts for emails, website, blog and social media

• Prepare marketing and PR reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data

• Maintain the brand blog, updating the calendar, uploading and editing articles

• Manage press and photography samples, liaising with the PR agency and ecommerce team

• Manage seasonal samples in the showroom (using the SAP system)

• Responding to PR requests (including samples, imagery and product information)

• Coordinate store and brand events, including guest list management, catering etc.

• Be the point of contact for wholesale marketing requests

• Be a point of contact for retail stores

• Prepare key seasonal documents including launch packs and lookbook product information spreadsheet

• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

• Provide general administrative support for the marketing team

Knowledge of and passion for the luxury market and menswear would be advantageous, but not essential. This is an amazing opportunity to gain hands-on experience with one of the world’s most respected brands across all areas of marketing and PR. Marketing or PR degree would be beneficial complemented by experience.
