Delivery All deliveries are subject to product availability. At Turnbull & Asser, every garment is carefully made from premium quality fabrics, therefore deliveries are subject to stock availability. To ensure your order arrives on time with the maximum level of care, we ask that you please complete your purchase by 10am for same working day processing. Orders made after this time will be processed the following working day. Online orders typically ship within 24 business hours from the time they are placed. The cost of your delivery will be quoted for each order and will not be dependent on the number of items bought. Returned or refused shipments may incur additional shipping fees beyond the flat rates listed here. All our US deliveries* are made by UPS. To keep you updated on your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email when your goods have been dispatched. This will include a UPS Waybill number that will allow you to track the progress of your parcel on the UPS website. Shipping to all 50 US states For Express Saver shipping, please allow three to five working days from the date of dispatch. A $9.95 fee will be added to your order to cover postage and packing on orders sent to a single US mainland address. Shipping to Canada For Express Saver shipping, please allow three to five working days from the date of dispatch. Customers are responsible for any import duties or clearance fees. All international shipments will require a signature upon receipt. A $19.95 fee will be added to your order to cover postage and packing on orders sent to a single Canadian address. Shipping Internationally Shipments to countries outside of the US or Canada with incur a flat shipping rate of $49.95, and will be sent Express Saver. Customers are responsible for any import duties or clearance fees. All international shipments will require a signature upon receipt. We apologise that there are unfortunately certain countries where no delivery is possible because of conflict, fraud, political issues or other extenuating circumstances beyond our control. We also cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance. Please be aware that in some countries, local custom authorities may confiscate particular items contained within parcels, or charge any import duty. We cannot be held responsible should this happen; you will be responsible for paying the duty, any taxes and courier administration charges relating to the importation of the goods. Product information and availability We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for the online customer. This selection falls in to two categories - Classic Lines and Exclusive Lines. We will always endeavour to have stock available for Classic Lines. However, Exclusive Lines, which often run on a seasonal basis, have a limited run of availability and once the products have sold out they will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Please note that prices of products and stock estimations may change from time to time. If items that you order are sold out, subject to a delay or is priced incorrectly on your order, we will endeavour to contact you on the email address you will have provided upon purchase. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order, subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, we will make sure that the new item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces; substitutions will only be made with your prior consent. During the Christmas and two sale periods, our concession in Harrods (London) may run additional discount promotions for purchases made on a Harrods Account Card or American Express Card.
