In a continued climate of uncertainty, Turnbull & Asser design team explored the importance of a noble, creative spirit, the necessity of friendship and selflessness as its inspiration for this new SS21 pre-collection. Creative Director, Becky French, drew the direct colour inspiration from the work of two the most skilled British painters, long-time friends that often referenced each other in their work, Lucian Freud, and Francis Bacon.

In true Turnbull style, painterly palettes freshen up its first foray into 2021. A combination of hues in natural sand, olive and pink, sit well with pale blues, denim, and chambray, all contrasted by vivid orangey-reds and rich burgundy colour pops.
