Christmas 2024 information:
To ensure timely delivery of your online order for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 16th December 2024.

Christmas & New Year information:
Please note that our Gloucester workrooms will be closed from 23rd December 2024 to 2nd January 2025. The production timeline for made-to-measure shirts and monogrammed cufflinks will require an additional 2 to 3 weeks.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery to all 50 US states.

Shipping Timeline: 
West Coast:
3-5 business days via FedEx or UPS
East Coast and Central States: 2-4 business days via FedEx, 3-5 business days via UPS

Please note that depending on local weather conditions, your order may be subject to delays. We apologise for this; please contact our Customer Service for more information. 

The courier company delivering your parcel will depend on our stock availability.
If your order is shipped from the UK, it will be delivered by UPS. If your
order is shipped from the US, it will be delivered by FedEx. This will be
specified in your shipping confirmation email alongside your tracking details. 

Once the products are shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
Please note that we may need to split your order into separate packages. For each package sent, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a
tracking number.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are shipped from the US and are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed by 10 a.m. EST will be processed the same day.

However, please note that, depending on stock availability, your order or part of it may be shipped from the UK. In that case, your order will be shipped with UPS and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered from dispatch.

At Turnbull & Asser, every garment is carefully made from premium-quality fabrics – all orders are subject to availability at the time of purchase. If the item is no longer available at the time of purchase or is subject to a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible at the email address provided during checkout to let you know.

DELIVERY OF MADE TO MEASURE AND MONOGRAM

Made to Measure shirts can take up to 3-6 weeks to manufacture. Adding your monogram on a Made to Measure shirt will require an additional 7-10 business days. Other monogrammed items require up to 6-8 weeks before we dispatch.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders containing bespoke and personalised pieces after they've been placed, as they're made to your exact specifications. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of Made to Measure and monogrammed items.

PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD).

You can also complete your order using our Express Checkout feature, offering an even faster, seamless payment through PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Once the transaction is completed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. You will also receive an email containing the tracking number once the products are shipped.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable duties and taxes, including import fees and Sales Tax, are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

WHERE WE SHIP

You are currently on the US site. We offer complimentary shipping to all 50 US states. If you wish to ship to a different location, please visit our International site.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
