Made to Measure and Monogramming
Our bespoke designs are one-of-a-kind treasures that will last a lifetime.
Made to Measure shirts and monogrammed products can take up to 3-6 weeks to manufacture. Adding your monogram on a Made to Measure shirt will require an additional 7-10 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order containing Made to Measure or monogrammed products after it's been processed. If you need to make any amendments, please contact our Customer Service team as quickly as possible.
Please note all Made to Measure shirts and monogrammed items are non-refundable.
Our Made to Measure and monogram services are available at our Jermyn Street store in London and our 57th Street store in New York.
Orders containing Made to Measure, monogrammed and ready-to-wear items will be shipped together once your personalised pieces have been manufactured. If you wish to receive your ready-to-wear items first, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
Tailoring and Alterations
Whether you need your sleeves or trousers shortened, our expert team of tailors is at your disposal at our New York store. Shortening sleeves and trousers takes up to 3 business days, counting between 11 am EST, when the tailor collects garments at the store, and 5:30 pm EST on the agreed date when they are returned.
Further alterations, such as replacing shirt collars and cuffs, are available for Made to Measure and ready-to-wear items and can be requested in-store. Please bring your T&A shirt to our store for evaluation.
Bespoke
Our bespoke service allows you to craft a totally personalised item to suit your lifestyle, taste and requirements. We recommend scheduling an appointment by phone, or email at bespoke@turnbullandasser.com, to discuss your needs, allowing our bespoke specialists to prepare before your visit.
This service is currently available for shirts and ties. Additionally, pyjamas and dressing gowns can be custom-made. Unfortunately, at the moment, our bespoke service doesn't include suits. However, we can take a bespoke approach to blazers and trousers purchased at our Jermyn Street store, as our expert tailors are available to fit and alter your garments in-store based on your specific measurements.
Prices of our bespoke shirts vary and are evaluated based on the requirements for each garment, including fabric and special features, such as monogramming, starting at $545 USD. Your first bespoke order requires a minimum purchase of four shirts.

E-Vouchers
E-vouchers can be purchased exclusively on our US website, with values ranging from $50 USD to $1000 USD.
