To uphold the government's social distancing guidelines, and to preserve the health of our customers and employees, we urge customers to think responsibly before journeying out to return unwanted orders. Furthermore, as we are operating with a reduced warehouse team, please be aware that returns will take longer to process.
Therefore, for the time being, we ask that customers do not return their unwanted goods to any of our premises. To ease any uncertainty, we have extended our returns policy to 90 days from the date of purchase, for a full refund or exchange. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will work with customers on a case by case basis until we return to business as usual.
All sale items are final sale.
Customized or personalized pieces, items marked as 'final sale' at the time or purchase, made to measure, items reduced from their original price, or those bought on sale during additional % off promotions, are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Goods must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of checking size) or washed. For hygiene reasons, boxer shorts may only be returned if unused and unopened in their original packaging.
If you have received an unwanted gift, unfortunately it must be returned by the original purchaser following the aforementioned process.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.
