At Turnbull & Asser, your satisfaction is paramount. With our free return service, you can easily return most products within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered, ensuring any accessories and documents you received with your order are included.

Please note all Sale items, as well as Made to Measure shirts and monogrammed items are non-refundable. 

If you need to return a gift, please follow the steps below. We suggest informing the person who gave you the gift, as the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

To ship your return:

1. Prepare your parcel by carefully packing the item(s) in the original order box or similar packaging. Fill in the printed Return Form and include it in the package before sealing it.

2. Head to the returns portal and follow the instructions to print the prepaid FedEx label, then attach it to the front of the parcel. If you prefer, you may select the paperless option to receive a scannable QR code via email.

3. Contact FedEx to schedule a pick-up or drop your parcel off at your nearest FedEx location free of charge. If you chose the paperless option, please show the QR code to the location and they will be able to print the return label for you.

Items purchased at turnbullandasser.com may also be returned at our New York store – please remember to bring all the documents included in your order. Our store associate will request the return authorization on your behalf and send your unwanted items back to us. Please note that the store cannot issue an immediate refund.

Exchanges are unavailable for online orders at this time. However, you can request a return free of charge, and re-purchase a new item at your convenience.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Currently, we do not offer store credit for online purchases.

If you paid with Klarna's Pay Later option and returned part of your order, Klarna will automatically update your invoice once we process your refund.

Refunds will be made within 7-10 working days of receiving your return by the terms and conditions of your payment method provider. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show on your account.
