Return Conditions

At Turnbull & Asser, your satisfaction is paramount. With our free return service, you can easily return most products within 60 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered, ensuring any accessories and documents you received with your order are included.

Please note all Made to Measure shirts and monogrammed items are non-refundable.

Items purchased in-store can only be returned at a T&A store, while online purchases should be returned following our "How to return" guidelines below.

If you need to return a gift, please follow the steps below. We suggest informing the person who gave you the gift, as the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.        

How to return - USA

To return your items:

1. Email with your full name, order number and items you wish to return. We will send you return instructions and a prepaid FedEx label.

2. Prepare your parcel by carefully packing the item(s) in the original order box or similar packaging. Fill in the printed Return Form and include it in the package before sealing it.

3. Print and attach the prepaid FedEx label to the front of the parcel. Please remember to write your order number, followed by the letters RET (e.g. AB1234RET), on the shipping label and on all return documents and packaging.

4. Contact FedEx to schedule a pick-up or drop your parcel off at your nearest FedEx location free of charge. 

Items purchased at may also be returned at our New York store – please remember to bring all the documents included in your order. Our store associate will request the return authorization on your behalf and send your unwanted items back to us. Please note that the store cannot issue an immediate refund.


Exchanges are unavailable for online orders at this time. However, you can request a return free of charge, and re-purchase a new item at your convenience.


Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Currently, we do not offer store credit for online purchases.

If you paid with Klarna's Pay Later option and returned part of your order, Klarna will automatically update your invoice once we process your refund.

Refunds will be made within 7-10 working days of receiving your return by the terms and conditions of your payment method provider. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show on your account.
