Full detailsStyle Notes
Worn by Pierce Brosnan as James Bond in The World Is Not Enough (1999), this silk tie belongs to the sophisticated wardrobe of a film that takes 007 from the banks of the Thames to the mountains of Azerbaijan. Against a deep ground, an intricate arrangement of interlocking squares in red, gold and silver gives the silk its distinctive character. Rich in colour and confident in pattern, it is unmistakably Turnbull & Asser: a tie designed to bring individuality to even the most impeccably tailored suit.
A memorable piece from Brosnan’s tenure as Bond, and a rather distinguished piece of 007 history for those who know it.

Construction Details
Our silk ties are hand-sewn in Gloucester by a team of artisans with centuries of combined experience. The silk used is woven in Italy using techniques dating back hundreds of years, while the signature paisley tipping is made with acetate - designed to withstand the abrasion that can be caused by belts or zips. The blade of each design features a unique hidden 'loop' made from strongest-ever bonded thread, which allows the tie to ruche and relax back into place after wearing.
